Waterford Classic Homes builds high quality energy efficient custom homes in the $500,000 to $2,000,000 range primarily in North East Tarrant County and surrounding areas.

Founded in 1983 by Will and Greg Reid, Waterford Classic Homes has constructed several hundred homes through out the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex during this period. Our focus is to build not only an aesthetically appealing home, but one that is structurally sound from site excavation and foundation through proper drainage at completion in order to withstand the expansive clay soils often found in the area.

Waterford strives to provide you with the highest quality custom home available at the best possible price while also ensuring that the design and construction process is both enjoyable and rewarding.

We accomplish this by exercising total on-site supervision over all aspects of the building process to ensure the home is not only completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, but also meets your every expectation and approval.

In order to properly supervise the construction process and maintain our high standards, Waterford focuses on quality not quantity, and therefore, strictly limits the number of homes we build each year.



We feel that the building process is best accomplished as a team. From the initial design phase to selections of door knobs homeowners are encouraged to be an integral part of the building process.

After completion of construction our philosophy is to provide outstanding services to our homeowners as long as they live in their home.
